I love Kirby School District because it feels like my second home. My coworkers have become family and I've watched many of the students grow up and have families of their own.

As an educator/parent I always noticed that when people went to work at Kirby they never left until they retired. I knew that there must be something special at Kirby. I wasn't sure if it was the administrators being supportive, the teachers working together, or the parents and students that were all involved. All I knew is that I wanted to be a part of the Trojan Family. I am so excited that my children and I have the opportunity to experience Kirby.

I love that Kirby is all about each student individually being successful. It is amazing all the support, programs, and opportunities available for the students. I love that Kirby teaches handwriting to their students and that the students start reading/being read to in Kindergarten and continue throughout their time here at Kirby.
